What's new in 6.3.37: - If you have installed Catalina (10.15), see these important instructions to assure that the new operating system's security settings allow the Wacom driver to function correctly. - More seamless sharing of driver settings across multiple tablets of the same type. - Refined Wacom Experience Program data to better inform new product development. - Improved access to tutorial videos within the Wacom Desktop Center.
Resolved Issues: - PTK-440, 640, 840, 1240, CTL-4100, 6100: We fixed an issue that caused devices to shut off after 30 seconds of inactivity. - Pen Displays: We resolved an issue in which touch was not working after a device went to sleep with the pen kept in range.
Known Issues: - Cintiq Pro DTH-1320, 1620: After using Tablet Mode, when you switch back to Display Mode, the pen does not correctly map back onto the Cintiq Pro, but continues to map to the display screen(s). What you can do about it while we fix it: Disconnect the display screen from the Cintiq Pro and then reconnect. Restarting the Cintiq Pro also works. - Intuos Pro PTH-451, 651, 851: In Wireless mode on Windows 7 the pen will occasionally jump to the top left of your monitor. What you can do about it while we fix it: Connect the tablet via the USB cable if you experience this problem.
This package contains the files needed for installing the Tablet driver. If it has been installed, updating (overwrite-installing) may fix problems, add new functions, or expand existing ones. Even though other OSes might be compatible as well, we do not recommend applying this release on platforms other than the ones specified.
Compatible Devices: - CTL-471, CTL-472, CTL-671, CTL-672
About Tablet USB Driver:
When tablets, e-readers or similar devices are connected, Windows platforms usually apply a generic driver that allows the system to recognize the device, exchange files, and make use of basic functions. Still, to use the full range of features available, proper USB drivers must be installed.
