Fixes

1. Shortcuts created on a remote server connecting via \\servername\sharename or Print Management Console are not saved
2. User-defined paper types do not print from the correct tray. (PS and PCL5)
3. Cancelling a print job in dynamic mode causes an error message in many applications. Note: issue still seen with Microsoft Outlook
4. Shortcut tab not displayed by default on Point and Print connections when client and server locale settings are different
5. Printing with custom media size of 4x6 in results in PCL XL Error "IllegalMediaSize" on some devices
6. Opening printer properties from Word 2010 in dynamic mode resets copy count to 1 and changes the collate setting to uncollated. .
7. Status messages not displayed correctly when Windows is set to Traditional Chinese
